Website Upgrade FAQs

When will the upgrade be taking place? Will there be any system downtime?

We will be upgrading the site over the weekend of June 1-2, so no downtime during the work week is expected. You will be able to log in to the upgraded site on Monday, June 3, 2024.

Can I keep using the current website and Customer Portal?

Yes. Keep using your Customer Portal the same way you have been. We will send you important information, “How To” guides, and instructions for logging in to the updated Customer Portal for the first time.

What is changing with the upgrade? What will be different?

Upgrades you can expect from the new site and Customer Portal include:

  • Multiple payment types
  • Improved shopping experience
  • Spreadsheet views
  • Customized views
  • New notifications
  • Quote management

The website address along with your username and password will all stay the same.

What will I have to do to keep using the Customer Portal?

Aside from resetting your payment information, all logins and account history will be transferred to the new Customer Portal including:

  • Pricing
  • Product Lists
  • Jobs
  • Quotes
  • Order History
  • Quotes
  • Employee permissions/ roles

Note – For security reasons, no banking information is being transferred. These will have to be re-entered.

How do I reset my payment information?

Now, with the ability to save multiple bank accounts, paying online is even easier and more flexible. Navigate to the Payment Methods tab in the Customer Portal and click “Add Payment Method” on the page.

Is all my old information going to be on the new site?

Yes! Your logins and account history will be transferred to the new Customer Portal. This includes pricing, jobs, quotes, order history, product lists, employee permissions, and notifications.
